Gratitude has the power beyond our imagination. We may just think-“What if we didn’t say Thank you… this was their duty and what was there to thank?” Next time when your mind prompts you to give any such explanation for not thanking someone, just hold that moment, ignore your mind’s voice and say- Thank you!
A study has revealed that Gratitude Journaling is used in curing cardiac patients. Those who write down gratitude every day have healthier hearts. Does the task sound easier now…
Well, try it for yourself for next 30 days. Pamper yourself with getting an interesting looking diary/ journaling book. Write down at least 3 good things (or more) that you experienced during the day at the end of each day. Then read through your entries on 31st day of this gratitude journey and let me know how you feel!
Is your breath more relaxed… has your mind reduced playing ‘instruction’ games… or is it something even better that is coming to you…
Do Share!
Let us not take people for granted. Say- THANK YOU!
My Gratitude to each one of you for reading this and starting to journal from today!
