Why Theatre:

Theatre is a marvelous tool for teaching & learning and the embodiment of the work ethic. All the ethics & skills that people say they want in the work community, can be learnt in theatre.
Drama by its very nature involves the participants in social contexts where they are required to think, talk, create, manipulate and share viewpoints in order to arrive at decisions. Thus, through drama, one explores both factual knowledge and content concepts while “trying on” social experiences.
When an individual is involved in an activity designed to promote the learning of specific concepts, it is more likely they will understand and retain these concepts when they engage emotionally in the learning experience. The participants are engaged in an emotionally challenging way while maintaining a secure and disciplined environment.

Using colours as a tool

Why Colours:

Science says that working with colors can relax you. That’s right, colors have an enormous impact on us, psychologically, emotionally and even physically. For instance, red shades tend to trigger our creative responses, making us more active, while lighter shades calm us down.
Lines play an important role in telling the psychology of participants. Simple line drawing tasks make them think out-of-the-box as well as leave them contented at the end of the tasks. Thought provoking for all- definitely!
Mandalas have meditative qualities and are a great tool for creating focus, learning to have disciplined patterns.
Various activities designed to enhance skills like team building, leadership, time management involve colour concepts and lines. Challenging enough to keep them engaged.
All of them walk away with a small piece of art, totally created by them or create a large piece for their work space (as a group)

Group sessions: 5

Individual sessions: 2 each

Followed by a set of Individual sessions with participants

Grp Session 4: Understanding oneself

Followed by another set of Individual sessions with participants

This will be a onetime fun-filled yet challenging session for Team building, Trust building, Motivation, Leadership skills. Can also be customised.
